This will open the fleet window with the fleet details with a small box showing the troop numbers on board. If you do not, you select the fleet while it is in the sea province stationary. If you control the destination province you simply sail into port and your troops will immediately disembark. Vassals armies are the same, you can not send 20% of their army over there, 30% somewhere else and 50% to sit there doing nothing. When you raise troops from a holding these troops raise as one army and can not be split. Levies and troops in general are raised from holdings. This is the most helpful comment I've seen that gives the most detail about how embarking works, as far as I'm concerned at least. Ships have a maximum of 100 troops per ship in the fleet. Troops can be loaded onto ship in 2 ways: Ships in a port can load ('embark'). Move troops into the land tile adjacent to the ocean tile where the boats are. If the ships are in a sea province you simply right click to move to that province. Either you select the troops when the ships are docked and click the board button (Arrow pointing to a boat). To load troops - as previously stated - there are 2 ways. Also I have never seen a video that factual with how mechanics work, most is assumptions. If you were experienced in these type of games than you would figure it out very fast. I've searched YouTube for something and out of the hundreds of videos, I can't find a single link that shows, "How to load troops onto ships". All I'm asking is does anyone, anywhere know a link that shows just the basics of loading troops onto ships? I can't be the only one having problems with this. I think this game is great.but the whole ship thing just leaves me scratching my head. It simply should be much much simpler to simply put men on a ship and carry them to a destination. The logical thing would be that when you click on the troops and then have them load, it default to the number of men that will load, or give you the option to load the maximum amount of troops. I guess what I'm saying is that a boat is a floating platform that will carry "x" amount of troops. I've tried to split my troops but they only split so far. Yes I see the number at the bottom of the merged ship fleet.
I'm no newbie to these types of games and really enjoy the detail of management but this is one part that is flat out confusing. I gotta tell you, this whole ship thing in this game is broken. I went to the destination where I was at war and they wouldn't unload. Okay I got a few of my men to load.I think. Įl Psy Congroo: Battle for world-line delta.
